These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ak1111 ("ak1111", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the ak1111 website, accessible at ak1111.app, and all associated services including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, slot machines, account management features, promotions, and payment processing services (collectively, the "Platform").

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, ak1111 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Where fraud or a serious breach is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.
